Shipping Methods:
All orders will be shipped within one to two business days. Please note this rule applies to orders of in-stock products ONLY.
OWS offers, on NON LIVE AMMUNITION items:
FedEx Next Day Air Early AM
FedEx Next Day Air (next day plus one to two day process time);
FedEx 2nd Day Air (2nd day air plus one to two day process time)
FedEx Ground (1-2 day process time and 5-8 days transit time).
LIVE AMMUNITION WILL BE SHIPPED VIA FedEx GROUND SERVICE TO THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY!
AMMUNTION ORDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SIGNED AMMUNITION DISCLAIMER FORM. You can find it HERE You need only do this one time, even though our automated system may email you requesting this information again each time you order.
Shipping of non-live ammunition is dependent on where you are located, what level of service you select and the weight of the product you order.
FedEx Ground Service is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states ONLY.
For HI, AK customers, we use USPS for Ground Shipping (non-live ammunition only). Please contact us at info@ows-ammo.com or call at (304) 262-9870 for actual shipping charges.
Shipping Terms & Conditions:
All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be treated as the next business day´s order. We do not process orders during weekends and holidays. All orders that are placed between 12:00pm EST on Friday and 12:00pm EST on Monday will be treated as Monday´s orders.
If you are a residential customer, do not fill in the "Company Name" blank on the online order form. Business to business Ground Shipping and Residential Home Delivery Service have different cost schedules. The customer will be responsible for additional costs associated. Ie. customer enters "none" in the Company Name field for a s&h cost of $5.73. ACTUAL residential s&h cost is $6.79. The customer will be charged the ACTUAL s&h charge of $6.79. Please note that FedEx DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, so do not use a P.O. Box as a shipping address. Exception is for small parts.
For HI & AK orders, we use USPS for Ground Shipping and we will email you to confirm the shipping and handling fee. No live ammunition can be shipped to AK or HI.
ADDRESS CORRECTION:
Customers will be charged a $5.00 address correction fee if incorrect shipping address is used when placing the order. This fee will be charged once FedEx has notified us of the address correction and the additional charge. The customer will be notified of the charge via email, if no email address is given the customer will not be notified of the charge.
If OWS receives the returned products due to incorrect address provided by customer, we will refund the item cost ONLY.
OWS requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 value.
If you place your order for non-live ammunition products on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday. If you need Saturday Delivery, please pay $15 extra and Call in for the order.
All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item ordered.
BACKORDER POLICY:
We will notify you if an item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder for you and will ship as soon as it restocks.
RETURNS:
No returns on ammunition or products which state “no returns” in item description. We will accept defective non-ammunition returns provided you call or email us for a RA number. Non defective items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
